The Forgot Password? is located in the upper right corner of the site.
Once you have clicked on 'Forgot your password?' a small form to fill out will appear.
Enter your e-mail address or telephone number and the security question.

An email with the password reset link will then arrive at your email address.
Or SMS will arrive on your phone if you have made the account this way.
Click on the link immediately after receiving the email because it is time limited.
You will then receive a temporary password.

When you log in using this temporary password, the site will ask you to change the password.
Then enter the temporary password in the 'Old password' field and the password you intend to use in the future in the 'New password' field.
